The upcoming Nothing Phone (2), set to launch on July 11, has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. It features the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, which comes as no surprise since Carl Pei confirmed this processor would be powering the Phone (2) back in May. Nothing Phone (2) Revealed: Android 13, Impressive Geekbench Scores, and Promising Features
The Geekbench listing shows that the tested Nothing Phone (2) unit is running Android 13 and comes with 12GB of RAM. In the first benchmark run, it achieved a single-core score of 1,733 and a multi-core score of 4,207. In another run, it scored 1,739 in single-core and 3,983 in multi-core performance.
While Nothing has not yet disclosed the full specifications of the Phone (2), they have confirmed that the smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch display and a 4,700mAh battery. Additionally, Nothing has committed to providing three years of Android updates and four years of security updates to ensure the Phone (2) remains up-to-date and sustainable.
