Industry sources claim that Samsung is getting ready to release four foldable smartphones in 2025, including the highly anticipated Galaxy tri-fold, the Galaxy Z Flip 7, the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and the Galaxy Z Flip FE.
According to years of rumours, the tri-fold model will have a 9.9 to 10-inch display when fully unfolded, providing a far larger screen than the Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Samsung To Reveal Four Foldable Smartphones
Samsung is taking a careful approach to this novel but specialised product, intending to produce 200,000 pieces of the tri-fold gadget.
Like Samsung’s CES tri-fold display, the tri-fold gadget will fold in from both sides.
It is anticipated that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Z Fold 7 will maintain their current form factors while maybe offering new features and design enhancements.
It is expected that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 will improve upon its predecessor’s popularity by improving both its user experience and small size.
With the Galaxy Z Flip FE (Fan Edition) joining the lineup, Samsung hopes to offer a foldable smartphone option that is more affordable without sacrificing necessary functionality.
Galaxy Z Flip FE To Appeal To a Wider Range of Consumers
It is anticipated that the Galaxy Z Flip FE would appeal to a wider range of consumers by providing a cost-effective gateway into Samsung’s foldable smartphone ecosystem.
On January 22, 2025, Samsung revealed new developments in AI technology and the Galaxy S series during its yearly Galaxy Unpacked event.
At 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. EST, 6 p.m. GMT, and 7 p.m., Samsung will webcast the Galaxy Unpacked event live on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube channel.
