Very soon, the Chinese brand which is owned by Xiaomi, Poco seems to be all set to debut its X8 Pro series in the Indian and global market on March 17.

This upcoming series is expected to include two smartphones including Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max.
Considering it reaching launch, the smartphone brand has been teasing its upcoming devices while confirming MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra for Poco X8 Pro and MediaTek Dimensity 9500s for Poco X8 Pro Max.
Moving ahead, the company showed X8 Pro in white and X8 Pro Max in Black, both with a metal frame and dual rear cameras in a latest teaser.
What To Expect From Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max?
While it takes its own time for the launch, let’s take a look at expected features and specifications of the upcoming Poco phones.
As the rumour has it, both Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max are said to be the rebranded version of Redmi Turbo 5 and Redmi Turbo 5 Max.
The Poco X8 Pro is expected to feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate as per the earlier rumours.
Further iterating that the smartphone is expected to include a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) on the back accompanied with a 20MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Sporting A Huge Battery
The smartphone is expected to be powered by a 6500mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging.
There are reports that suggest that the global version may include the 6500mAh battery, and the Indian variant could feature a 7560mAh battery, similar to the Redmi Turbo 5.
When it comes to the Poco X8 Pro Max, it is expected to feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
This device may include a 50MP primary camera on the back with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor.
This model may have a 20MP front camera for taking selfies and the smartphone could pack a 9000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging.
In addition to this, both of these models are expected to sport IP68 IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
