Poco has introduced its newest addition to the F-series smartphone range in India with the launch of the Poco F5.

This smartphone aims to build upon the reputation of the F-series lineup by offering improved performance and features, according to the company.

Poco F5 5G Launched; All You Need to Know

One of the main highlights of the Poco F5 is its Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset, which enhances the device’s overall performance. The Poco F5 also includes dedicated gaming-centric features to provide an enhanced gaming experience.

The Poco F5 5G is offered in three attractive color options: Carbon Black, Snowstorm White, and Electric Blue. It is available in two RAM and storage configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The base variant is priced at Rs 29,999, while the top variant costs Rs 33,999.

To make the purchase more enticing, Poco is providing a Rs 3,000 instant discount for customers using ICICI Bank debit and credit cards. Additionally, there are exchange offers available for those looking to trade in their old smartphones.

The Poco F5 will be available for purchase starting from May 16 exclusively on Flipkart.

Poco F5: Specifications and Features

It is the first smartphone in the series to utilize the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset. The device is available in configurations with up to 12GB of RAM and supports 7GB of virtual RAM, providing smooth multitasking capabilities. It also offers generous storage options, with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

It runs on Android 13 with the latest MIUI 14 out of the box and offers a 1+1 year warranty and an MIUI Dialer. The company has committed to providing 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of security updates.

The device sports a 6.67-inch Xfinity Pro AMOLED display with an adjustable 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth and vibrant visuals. The display also supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Adaptive HDR, offering an immersive viewing experience. With 1920Hz PWM Dimming, the phone provides comfortable viewing in various lighting conditions.

In terms of photography, the Poco F5 5G features a triple camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The smartphone also incorporates a 2x optical zoom sensor and offers seven film camera modes for creative photography. For selfies, there’s a 16MP front-facing camera.

Powering the device is a substantial 5000mAh battery, which supports 67W Turbo Charging for fast and efficient charging.
