Poco C71 Launching Today At Rs 7000: 5,200mAh Battery, 32MP Camera!

In a recent statement, Poco said, the company will be launching its C71 in India on April 4th.

Not only that, the smartphone maker has also revealed the design, colour options and key features of this upcoming handset.

Poco has also revealed the information regarding its display, build, battery, camera and processor details. 

The smartphone maker has released the promotional images further hinting at the price range of the smartphone as well. 

Earlier unveiled in March 2024, this latest release is expected to succeed the Poco C61 which was offered with a MediaTek Helio G36 SoC paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

Poco C71 Launch Date

In an X post, Poco confirmed the launch date for Poco C71 in India which is scheduled for April 4 at 12pm IST.

This smartphone will go on sale on Flipkart as in the X post, there was a link to the Flipkart microsite of the phone. 

Moving ahead, the handset will be priced in the country at under Rs. 7,000 as per information provided in promotional images on the microsite.

This is expected as the preceding Poco C61 launched in India at Rs. 6,999 for the base 4GB + 64GB option. 

Design & Specifications 

The upcoming handset will be offered with a “split grid design” which offers a dual-tone finish as mentioned in the Flipkart microsite for Poco C71.

It will come in three color options including Cool Blue, Desert Gold, and Power Black.

The handset will be sporting a vertical pill-shaped rear camera module with a golden border appearing on the top left side of the panel.

Its display will have thin side bezels, a relatively thicker chin and a centred waterdrop notch to hold the front camera. 

Further placing its volume rocker and power button on the right edge similarly the SIM card slot is on the left edge.

The Poco C71 will be coming with a 6.88-inch screen having 120Hz refresh rate and triple TÜV Rheinland eye-protection certification including low blue, light, flicker-free and circadian certifications. 

Its display will be offered with wet touch support, further allowing users to handle the device with wet hands.

The device will be powered with a 5,200mAh battery which comes with a 15W wired charging support.

 It will also come with an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance.

For the Poco C71 security, the device gets a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. 

When it comes to pictures, the smartphone is said to have a dual rear camera unit with a 32-megapixel main sensor.

Similarly, It is packed with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.

Under the hood, an octa-core chipset with over 3,00,000 AnTuTu scores paired with 6GB of RAM was teased earlier.
