As per reports, Musk believes this will keep a check on advanced AI bot swarms.
Also, Musk mentioned that only verified accounts would be included in Twitter’s For You suggestions, which shows a stream of tweets from accounts.

Musk had previously stated that only paid Twitter Blue customers would be able to vote in policy-related polls on Twitter.

As per a recent tweet by Musk, the blue check verification costs $7 per month.

Twitter’s subscription service Twitter Blue has been launched in India, Brazil, and Indonesia on February 8.
The monthly subscription fee for iOS and Android users in India is ₹ 900 while the fee has been kept lower at ₹ 650 per month for the web.
Twitter also offers a discounted annual plan of Rs 6,800 per year, which translates to Rs 566.67 per month.
