Microsoft List Of Jobs At High Risk To AI Disruption
The same is confirmed by a lot of big names from the industry such as Godfather of AI Geoffrey Hinton and even Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, also said that AI is going to take a lot of jobs this year.
Considering the same, Microsoft has released a list of 40 jobs that are at high risk of being sabotaged by AI recently.
Following this development, a research by Microsoft has analysed more than 200,000 real-world interactions with its Copilot AI chatbot.
The main purpose behind this study is to understand where generative AI is already being used effectively in the workplace and which roles will be more affected.
As per this study, the researchers have shared the results in a ranking of occupations based on an ‘AI applicability score,’ assessing how well AI can perform the core tasks of each job.

It appears that all the roles that are heavily dependent on language, analysis, and information processing are the most vulnerable to AI disruption as mentioned in the study.
