With the part payment option, travellers can confirm their bookings by paying only 10–40% of the total fare upfront, depending on factors such as the airline, travel route, and booking window. The remaining balance can be paid before the travel date or within 45 days of booking, without any extra charges. This option is especially advantageous for larger families or groups who may find upfront costs challenging. Once the full payment is made, customers can modify their confirmed bookings according to the airline’s fare rules.
Booking with Flexible Options like Zero Cancellation and Fare Lock
To further enhance the booking experience, MakeMyTrip offers several additional features. These include ‘Zero Cancellation,’ which covers cancellations due to unforeseen events, and ‘Fare Lock,’ allowing customers to secure flight prices for a small fee for 4 hours to 15 days.
