Boosting Growth in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities
Targeting emerging urban centers like Nashik, Nagpur, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the initiative aims to create new economic hubs and ensure balanced, technology-driven growth beyond major metros.

Infrastructure, Incentives, and Support
The government plans to develop dedicated GCC parks with plug-and-play offices, future-ready infrastructure, and walk-to-work designs. Fiscal incentives include capital subsidies of up to ₹50 crore, rent reimbursement, R&D grants, and patent filing support. Non-fiscal incentives such as single-window clearance, industry status, zoning relaxations, and additional FSI will further ease operations.
