iQOO has expanded its Z series lineup with the launch of iQOO Z10 and iQOO Z10x in India on April 5, 2025. Both smartphones bring premium features to the mid-range segment, including high-refresh-rate displays, dual rear cameras, and large batteries with fast charging capabilities.

Z10 Specs: Snapdragon Power & Massive Battery
The iQOO Z10 is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It flaunts a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 5000 nits peak brightness. The device runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15.
Camera-wise, the Z10 features a 50MP dual rear camera setup with OIS and an 8MP front camera. It houses a 7,300mAh battery with 90W fast charging, has an in-display fingerprint scanner, and boasts IP65 dust and water resistance.
Prices start at ₹21,999, with introductory offers lowering it to ₹19,999.
Z10x Specs: Dimensity Chip & Lower Price Point
The iQOO Z10x is more budget-focused, running on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It offers a 6.7-inch display (120Hz refresh rate), an IP64-rated build, and dual stereo speakers.
It shares the same 50MP + 2MP rear and 8MP front camera setup as the Z10 but comes with a slightly smaller 6,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging. Instead of an in-display fingerprint sensor, it uses a side-mounted scanner.
Priced from ₹13,499, the Z10x is available at an effective price of ₹12,499 with bank offers.
Availability & Final Thoughts
Both models will be available via Amazon and iQOO India starting April 16, 2025. With competitive specs and pricing, the Z10 and Z10x are strong contenders in the mid-budget smartphone space.
