Both iQOO and Nothing are gearing up for their new mid-range smartphones, expected to launch in March. Though full specifications aren’t confirmed, leaks give us a glimpse of what to expect from these exciting devices.

iQOO Neo 10R vs Nothing Phone 3a: Key Specifications and Expected Features

The iQOO Neo 10R is expected to launch in India with the model number I2221. The phone will likely feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It could come with 8/12GB of RAM and storage options of 256/512GB. In terms of cameras, the device is rumored to have a 50MP Sony LYT 600 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP front camera. The Neo 10R could also come with a 6,400mAh battery and support 80W fast charging. Available in Blue White Slice and Lunar Titanium, the Neo 10R will likely be priced under ₹30,000 in India and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It’s still unclear whether iQOO will launch other models in the Neo 10 series alongside the Neo 10R.

Leaks suggest the Nothing Phone (3a) will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, similar to other phones like the Realme 14 Pro+. It may sport the same 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display as its predecessor. The camera setup is expected to include a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP 2x telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera, with a 32MP selfie shooter. The Phone 3a might also support e-SIM, a first for Nothing. Leaks suggest the price will be around ₹25,000, with a potential Pro variant priced closer to ₹30,000.

iQOO Neo 10R vs Nothing Phone 3a: Performance vs Design

The iQOO Neo 10R stands out with its superior performance, larger battery, and faster charging. However, the Nothing Phone 3a could appeal with its unique design, clean software, and potential telephoto lens. The Neo 10R’s bigger battery and faster charging could be a key factor in its favour. Ultimately, the decision will come down to pricing and personal preference after the official announcements.
