Apple is gearing up for the launch of the iPhone 16, which will be launched later this year, and leaks about the phone have already surfaced.
What do the leaks reveal about the iPhone? Let’s find out!
iPhone 16 Leaks Reveal New Camera Design
Leaks about the iPhone 16 lineup reveal some details about the camera on the phone.
According to leaker Majin Bu, the iPhone 16 Pro will feature a new design for the camera module, but it might not be a significant change. He has also shared images of the purported iPhone 16 Pro camera design.
Apple Hub on the X platform reported that Apple is testing a radical new camera design for the iPhone 16 Pro.
The changes to the camera design have not been officially confirmed by Apple, but they have faced criticism from netizens. Many users on the X platform criticized the new camera design, calling it “hideous” and “odd.” Some users have also compared the new camera design to a “fidget spinner.”
Based on the information I was able to obtain it seems that the new iPhone 16 Pro will have a new design for the camera module, this should be very similar to what Apple is currently testing pic.twitter.com/wjdOcZ1lKb

Majin Bu has also tweeted about the color options on the iPhone, “Based on the information I was able to find, the new colors of the iPhone 16 Pro could be
Desert Yellow (Desert Titanium) similar to the gold of the iPhone 14 Pro but deeper and heavier
Cement Gray (Titanium Gray) a shade of space gray similar to that used on iPhone 6.”
Larger Battery Life For iPhone 16 Pro
Other leaks about the iPhone 16 lineup include features such as a larger battery for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. A Naver user has revealed that the iPhone 16 Pro Max would have the longest battery life ever seen on an iPhone.
Additionally, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is rumored to feature the Apple A18 bionic chipset and up to 8GB of RAM. The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max may have larger displays – they will come with sizes of 6.27 and 6.86 inches, respectively. Such large displays are unprecedented for the iPhone lineup.
We previously reported that some leaks about the iPhone 16 series flagships point toward the potential addition of a unique two-stage physical Capture button based on digital camera implementations. The button aims to offer quick tactile access for clicking images/videos alongside easy focus adjustment or zooming functionality.
