Referral rewards are structured by job level:

This initiative is part of Infosys’ ESG Vision 2030, which aims to increase female representation in the workforce to 45% by 2030.
Currently, women make up 39% of Infosys’ 3,23,000 employees, according to the latest ESG report.
Shaji Mathew, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), said the initiative has already helped hire around 900 women in mid-management roles in FY2024–25, compared to 500 the previous year.
In his statement, Mathew said: “It’s a significant step in fostering inclusion at scale. This program is an investment in our commitment to diversity, not just for our own business but for our industry to grow in women’s participation.”
Infosys also mentioned in its ESG report that the programme provides a structured learning platform and mentorship support, enabling women to return to the workforce with confidence while broadening the company’s diverse talent base.
