Infosys Offers Financial Perks To Workers Who Will Move To Hubballi Center

In an email, Infosys highlighted a “glocal” employment opportunity and urged staff members to think about pursuing careers at the Hubballi center.

Junior employees at job level 2 who are willing to move from any other Infosys center to Hubballi can benefit from the transfer policy.

Relocation benefits and monetary incentives will be paid to employees in five installments spread out over a 24-month period from the date of transfer.

  1. The monetary rewards differ according to career level:
Junior workers at job levels 2 and 3 will get Rs 1.2 lakh.
  2. Senior colleagues will get two and a half crore.
  3. Job level 5 technology leaders are eligible for up to Rs 5 lakh.
  4. The salary for mid-level staff is Rs 6 lakh.
  5. After two years in Hubballi, senior delivery managers at job level 7 will receive Rs 8 lakh.

Infosys Institutes Flexible Work From Home Policy

Infosys has instituted a flexible work from home policy that permits its associates to work from any satellite center that is in closer proximity to their residences.

Ten days a month, employees are expected to work from the office.

MB Patil, the minister of industries, had already stated that he intended to retrieve unused land in Hubballi that Infosys had been given since the company had fallen short of job-creation expectations.

After BJP MLA Arvind Bellad accused Infosys of not producing enough jobs in spite of acquiring land at discounted rates, the matter was discussed in the assembly.
