With the introduction of a new entry-level 5G smartphone, Moto G04, the American consumer electronics manufacturer, Motorola has expanded its smartphone lineup.

This recent launch features an acrylic glass finish (PMMA) design and is offered in four color choices. 

Further, the device is equipped with a 90Hz IPS LCD punch-hole display which runs on the latest Android 14 operating system. 

The Moto g04 comes in four colors including Concord Black, Sea Green, Satin Blue, and Sunrise Orange.

The device sports a matte texture further making the smartphones scratch-resistant.

The Moto G04 will be offered with in two memory and storage variants — 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage.

If you are looking to purchase this smartphone, it is scheduled to go on sale on Flipkart, Motorola.in and leading retail stores starting February 22 at 12pm.

Besides this, the smartphone maker is offering an additional Rs 750 in exchange offer for 4GB + 64GB variant.

The introduction of this offer will bring down the effective price of the variant to Rs 6,249.

Moto G04 Specifications

Moto G04 comes with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD punch-hole display supporting a 90 Hz refresh rate.

Display also features a High Brightness mode that automatically adjusts to outdoor situations and a peak brightness level of up to 537 nits. 

When it comes to sound, the device supports Dolby Atmos and Moto G04 has a Dolby Atmos-tuned speaker.

It is powered by Unisoc T606 chipset, backed by up to 8GB RAM (which can be extended up to 16GB with RAM boost feature) and up to 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. 

Moto G04 storage can be further expanded to 1TB via a dedicated microSD card.

The handset also features a triple sim card slot.

The smartphone comes with a 16MP AI camera, a Quad Pixel camera system helps in improving photos in various light situations. 

For selfies, the device houses a 5MP front camera along with a face retouch feature. 

The handset is packed with some notable features in its camera system including Timelapse, Night Vision, Portrait Mode and Leveller among others. 

Moto G04 is powered by a massive 5000mAh battery unit and features a IP52 water-repellent design.

The smartphone sports a sleek (7.99mm) and lightweight (178 grams) design.

When it comes to security, the smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint reader.

The device runs on Android 14 which also comes with the Health Connect feature.

This further acts as a way to connect and sync all the data from various fitness apps in one place. 

Besides this, it features the flash notifications which alerts the users by turning on the flash and screen light for incoming calls, so they don’t miss a notification.
