Google has officially confirmed that the Made by Google 2025 event will be held on August 20, 2025, with livestreams available globally on YouTube and the Made by Google website. The event begins at 1:00 PM ET (10:30 PM IST, 9:00 PM GST) and will spotlight the much-anticipated Pixel 10 series.

While the global reveal is on August 20, the India-specific launch is scheduled for August 21, with the Pixel 10 series expected to hit Indian markets shortly after.
Meet the Pixel 10 Family: Bigger and Smarter
This year marks Google’s largest Pixel lineup to date, with four smartphones expected:
- Pixel 10
- Pixel 10 Pro
- Pixel 10 Pro XL
- Pixel 10 Pro Fold
The new devices will be powered by the Tensor G5 chipset, built on a 3nm TSMC process. This should offer significant performance and efficiency gains, bringing Google’s AI-driven software to life more seamlessly.

Pixel 10: Base Model Gets a Big Boost
Leaked renders and specs suggest that the Pixel 10 will feature a triple-camera setup for the first time, likely including a wide, ultra-wide, and telephoto lens. This marks a major upgrade for Google’s standard model, signaling a shift toward making even the base variant highly capable.
Expected colour options include a new shade of blue, along with previously leaked variations.
Pixel 10 Pro Fold: Google Doubles Down on Foldables
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to compete directly with Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7. While design tweaks seem minimal, the internal upgrades and Google’s software-first approach could give it an edge in the foldable segment.
New Accessories: Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds
Also tipped to launch are the Pixel Watch 4—which sticks to its iconic design—and updated Pixel Buds. Google appears to be following a familiar Apple strategy by maintaining aesthetic consistency across generations.
Final Thoughts: A Strategic Expansion
With improved internals, expanded camera capabilities, and more models than ever, the Pixel 10 series reflects Google’s serious ambitions in hardware. August 20/21 will reveal whether the upgrades are enough to challenge Apple and Samsung in global markets.
Stay tuned.
