Godrej Properties has set another milestone with the launch of its luxury residential project, Godrej Riverine, in Sector 44, Noida. The Mumbai-based real estate developer has sold 275 apartments worth over ₹2,000 crore, covering over 9 lakh sq ft of prime residential space. The project, spread across 6.46 acres, features premium residential apartments with high-end amenities.
Third Consecutive ₹2,000 Crore Project in Noida
This is the third major launch by Godrej Properties in Noida, following the ₹2,000 crore+ sales of:
- Godrej Jardinia, Sector 146 (Q1 2024-25)
- Godrej Tropical Isle, Sector 146 (Q2 2023-24)

Godrej Properties’ Sales Across India
Godrej Properties has witnessed strong demand across major cities:
- March 2025: Sold 90 homes worth ₹1,000 crore on the launch day of Astra, Gurugram.
- March 2025: Sold ₹1,000 crore+ inventory in Godrej Madison Avenue, Hyderabad (0.84 million sq ft).
- February 2025: Sold over ₹1,000 crore worth of homes in Godrej Evergreen Square, Pune.
Q3 Sales Performance
Despite a 4.8% YoY decline, Godrej Properties maintained a strong sales momentum, recording ₹5,446 crore in Q3 2024-25. This marks the sixth consecutive quarter with sales exceeding ₹5,000 crore, demonstrating resilience in India’s luxury real estate market.
