  1. How is AI evolving today in the supply chain industry as a whole? What are the most important trends that you see emerging across the globe?

AI is becoming a game changer in the supply chain domain. As the amount of data to be analyzed is increasing, there is a need for more accurate and faster methods to analyze those data and give correct outcomes. With AI, it has become extremely easy to analyze data and give the outputs much faster, which has reduced the overall TAT of the entire supply chain network.  One of the most important trends emerging globally is generative AI and how it can be used in the supply chain domain to improve it.

  1. Kindly share your point of view on the current scenario of AI in the supply chain and its future.

The adoption of AI has started in the supply chain industry, but still a lot is to be done. In the future, the AI application in supply chains will make supply chains more resilient, seamless, and disruption-free.

  1. What is the edge your company has over other players in the industry?

Our AI-based intelligent solutions are able to analyze huge amounts of data accurately, providing the most accurate analysis so that the supply chain leaders can make well-informed decisions. In addition to that, our excellent technical support team is working 24X7 to ensure that our clients never face a problem in operating their supply chains.

  1. How is Machine Learning (ML) shaping the supply chain industry today? How is it changing the role of CIOs and Leaders?

Machine Learning (ML) is significantly shaping the supply chain industry today in various ways, revolutionizing how companies manage their operations, make decisions, and optimize processes. ML algorithms analyze historical data and real-time information to make more accurate demand forecasts. CIOs and leaders can leverage ML-driven insights to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and ensure products are available when and where needed. ML algorithms optimize delivery routes, taking into account traffic patterns, weather conditions, and other variables. Leaders can improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs while ensuring on-time deliveries. ML models identify and assess supply chain risks, such as disruptions in the supply chain due to natural disasters or geopolitical events. ML is transforming the supply chain industry by making it more data-driven, efficient, and responsive. CIOs oversee the implementation of ML technologies, ensure data security, and leverage data for strategic decision-making. Supply chain leaders need to adapt to these changes.

  1. Which industry verticals are you currently focusing on? And what is your go-to-market strategy for the same?

We are currently focusing on multiple industry verticals, such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, chemicals, FMCG, Electronics, Food, and beverages. As every industry is different, the requirements of every industry’s supply chain are also different. We have a separate go-to-market strategy for each industry according to their requirements.
