SOFT-TECH Solutions is a leading fintech and telecom software solution provider for banks, financial institutions, and other businesses with more than 800+ clients. Our Headquarters is in Ahmedabad-Gujarat. Soft-Tech Solution was established in the year 2015 and we had started our business with SMS services and third party banking software integrations. Now we are providing 15+ IT services and have developed 16+ software products used in banks, financial institutions and other businesses.

The aim behind SOFT-TECH Solutions establishment is to provide the most cost effective and Quality of services with focus entirely on timely delivery, approachable, interactive behaviors, transparency business policy, competitive price and commitment to quality which is not just for today but for the future as well. 

To support our customer’s business ambitions by positioning ourselves as an industry leader in providing quality information technology services/Solutions for all clients, no matter how small or large the clients are.

  • What are some of the promotion strategies that you offer?

Small Banks are not able to afford all digital platform in their Bank premises due to maintenance & updating cost but Yes, SOFT-TECH Solutions provide cost effective SaaS(software-as-a-service) based on various fintech software solutions i.e. NACH MMS Solutions, Complaint Management System, WhatsApp Banking Bot, Positive Pay System, HRMS, CRM etc…Also, CPaaS(Platform-as-a-service) which is based on communication services platform i.e. SMS, Miscall, IVRS, Voice etc to Banks, financial institutions, and other businesses that are easy to integrate with existing core software systems. So we are promoting our SaaS & CPaaS based products and services to banks with cost effectiveness and subscriptions based. Our strategy is to reach every small, medium and large size banks, financial institutions, and other businesses, who are still not digitized or want to adopt new digital solutions.

  • How are your services effective to the customers as a whole? How does it make their life easier?

SOFT-TECH Solutions offering subscription based Software as a Service (SaaS) & Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) that caters to Banks, and financial institutions to provide digital banking services in cost effective manner, improve customer interaction & enhance customer engagement. 

Our communications platform as a Service(CPaaS) i.e. SMS, Miscall, IVRS, Voice etc comes with a set of secure API for integration with your Core Software in an easy way. 

SaaS is defined as a cloud-based service, which makes software easily accessible over the internet. It removes the need to download software onto your computer, and thus it is able to provide regular updates and support. We are providing various SaaS product i.e. Complaint Management System, NACH, Mandate Management System, HRMS, CRM etc based on yearly & monthly subscriptions.
