Insurance Samadhan was founded in August 2018 with the core mission of helping address the unmet needs of mistreated insurance policyholders. As an online tech platform, we specialize in customer grievance redressal for all insurance-related complaints and queries. Prevailing issues in the insurance landscape, including rejected genuine claims, encounters with dishonest insurance representatives, and other similar disputes drove us to start a company that can tackle and resolve consumer grievances. Our brand ideology is to reform the entire insurance redressal landscape in the country by providing policyholders with the convenient resolution of claim-oriented grievances. Our vision is to create an ecosystem where every insurance policyholder can trust that their claim-related grievances will be handled and resolved effectively.

  1. How does the company aim to fulfill its mission of addressing the unmet needs of insurance policyholders?

At Insurance Samadhan, we employ a two-faceted approach to fulfill our mission of addressing the unmet needs of insurance policyholders. Our team leverages the latest technology to provide a streamlined platform for customers to voice their grievances related to their policies. Our team of seasoned experts with a collective of 100+ years of insurance expertise is dedicated to thoroughly examining each complaint and facilitating fair resolutions and the rightful claim amounts. This thorough process helps us to fulfill our promise to help policyholders resolve their issues and queries on time. 

  1. Who are the primary customer segments served by Insurance Samadhan, both in India and among NRI consumers?

Our primary customer segment is any insurance policyholder who has faced any grievance such as insurance mis-selling, claim rejections, delays, or short-settlement. We serve customers nationwide and help them streamline the process to voice their grievances and avail of fair resolutions. Our team is working relentlessly to offer customers the required support to help them navigate complex insurance domains and coverage-related issues in India.

  1. How does the app play a role in resolving insurance-related complaints?

Our dedicated mobile app, Polifyx, plays a pivotal role in expediting the registration process and the resolution of insurance-related complaints seamlessly. It offers solutions to policy-related requirements and issues, including Know Your Policy, misselling complaints, claim filing, and complaints. With the integration of sophisticated data algorithms and meticulous filtration criteria, Polifyx ensures instant acceptance of valid insurance claims. Furthermore, our app streamlines the documentation process, allowing users to submit all necessary paperwork quickly and without much hassles. Our app features a user-friendly interface, guiding users through the entire submission process and ensuring completeness and accuracy.   1.  Could you provide more information about Insurance Samadhan’s plans to expand into the Middle East and Africa?

Our strategic roadmap has outlined an expansion plan to expand our specialized grievance resolution services to the Middle East and Africa markets over the next 2-3 quarters. We have identified an increasing demand for insurance grievance services in these regions, and we aim to leverage our expertise, market know-how, and technology to address the need effectively. This planned expansion aligns with Insurance Samadhan’s mission to provide comprehensive solutions to policyholders worldwide and contribute towards enhancing the overall insurance landscape on a global scale.
