The company offers a wide range of educational programs at all levels, from preschool to higher education. Birla Brainiacs’s innovative use of technology has made it possible for the company to provide students with a personalized and engaging learning experience.

AI is being used to create personalized learning plans for students, to provide real-time feedback, and to automate administrative tasks. This allows teachers to focus on providing more individualized attention to their students.

How Birla Brainiacs’ engagement classes are helping to address the global problem of children using smartphones

E Birla Brainiacs has developed a skill development programme and aims to provide students with the benefits of both traditional schooling and homeschooling by utilising their existing infrastructure. This approach is designed to give students the comfort of studying at home while maintaining the feel of a school environment.

We operate a network of 160 schools throughout India and our goal is to harness the potential of these schools to promote the idea of homeschooling. Birla Brainiacs possesses a considerable advantage thanks to its 42 years of expertise in the field of education. Consequently, we envision an opportunity to combine conventional school education with homeschooling. By diverting children’s attention to instructive and enjoyable content, we stress the importance of balancing technology.

Birla Brainiac’s emphasizes a student-centric approach to learning. How would you adapt your teaching methods to align with this philosophy and ensure that students actively participate in shaping their educational journey on the platform?

Birla Brainiacs has been steadfast in its commitment to a student-centered approach.
By implementing the use of its current infrastructure, the Birla Brainiacs intends to give children the advantages of both homeschooling and traditional schooling. They also claim to have devised a skill development programme. This method aims to preserve the atmosphere of a classroom while providing students with the comforts of home study. The Birla Brainiacs skill development programme includes coding, music, robotics, financial literacy and communicative English. This programme is designed to be offered on the premises of their schools. This initiative aims to provide students with various skill development opportunities and educational experiences while allowing them to study at home. “Our objective is to provide homeschooling students with a structured and nurturing environment. Birla Brainiacs’ portfolio of 160 schools serves as hubs for homeschooling students, enabling them to undertake examinations, engage in extracurricular activities and further develop their skills”

How Birla Brainiacs has developed physical and virtual strategies to solve problems with student engagement

From theoretical understanding to real-world application, and teacher-to-student orientation, Birla Brainiacs has come a long way. This is where we have incorporated both virtual and physical techniques in an innovative way to change student engagement. Our teaching staff is diverse, ensuring that the educational experience is culturally tailored. This means that French students will be taught by French teachers, while American students will receive instruction from American teachers, creating a more specialised learning environment. The strategy ensures an integrated approach by combining practical and theoretical knowledge through a variety of physical exercises. Simultaneously, by providing students with a flexible platform to engage, the virtual component enhances accessibility and diversity. The combination of online and offline components not only accommodates different learning styles but also prepares students for a digitally advanced future.

What are your predictions for the future of EdTech, and how do you see it reshaping the educational landscape globally?

It will continue to alter how education is provided and accessed globally. In fact, with advancements in technology, we foresee a more personalized and interactive learning experience for students, boosting the future of ed-tech at a dramatic rate. Here, to highlight that Birla Brainiacs claims to have enrolled around 2,000 students, comprising eight different countries, with a substantial 20-25% representing international students. Moreover, the institution claims to actively pursue international expansion, with a strong focus on the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Birla Brainiacs intends to establish schools in these regions.
