DLF Ltd, India’s largest real estate developer by market value, announced on June 18 that it had sold all 1,164 luxury apartments in its newly launched Privana North residential project in Gurugram. The sales totalled approximately ₹11,000 crore, and were completed within a span of one week.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, the project is located in Sectors 76 and 77 and is part of the 116-acre DLF Privana township. The development comprises six high-rise towers and includes a mix of four-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

High Sales Volume Signals Strong Demand

The rapid sellout of the project reflects sustained demand for luxury housing in the National Capital Region (NCR), even as home loan rates and inflationary pressures remain elevated. The company said it saw interest from both domestic and international buyers.

DLF officials stated that the success of Privana North builds on momentum from previous phases of the township, including Privana South and Privana West.

Project Location and Connectivity

Privana North is connected via key regional transport corridors, including the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), NH-48, and the Dwarka Expressway. The site is also located near several commercial and IT hubs in Gurugram.

Planning and Execution

The project’s planning and architecture involved several international firms. According to DLF, the design and structural work were handled by global consultants from Singapore, Abu Dhabi, and New York.

The project is being developed as part of DLF’s broader expansion strategy in the Gurugram market, where it continues to dominate in the luxury housing segment.

Background and Market Trends

DLF’s strong performance comes at a time when other major developers have also reported robust sales figures in metro cities, driven by demand for larger homes and gated communities post-pandemic.

Privana North marks another high-value residential project in Gurugram following earlier successes such as The Camellias and Arbour.
