Nothing’s sub-brand, CMF, launched its first smartphone, CMF Phone 1, in India on Monday. This launch marks CMF’s entry into the affordable IoT products market, competing against OnePlus’s Nord series, Vivo’s T series, and Realme’s P series. Alongside the phone, CMF also introduced Buds Pro 2 and Watch Pro 2 during the event.

CMF Phone 1: Key Features and Specifications

The CMF Phone 1 boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 2,000 nits. It features a replaceable back cover and is IP52 rated for dust and water resistance. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G SoC, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and runs on Nothing OS 2.6.0 based on Android 14. It includes a 5,000mAh battery, supported by a 33W charger, and supports 5W wired reverse charging. CMF has promised two years of OS upgrades and three years of security updates.

Camera and Pricing

The CMF Phone 1 comes with a 50MP main lens and a 2MP depth sensor, as well as a 16MP front camera for selfies. The phone is priced at ₹15,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant and ₹17,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant.

CMF Buds Pro 2: Audio Features and Pricing

The CMF Buds Pro 2 includes a customizable smart dial on the case to control the sound, an 11 mm bass driver, and a 6 mm tweeter. It supports LDAC codec, Hi-Res audio wireless, and Dirac Opteo with hybrid active noise cancellation up to 50 dB. With 6 HD mics and spatial audio effects, the Buds Pro 2 offers up to 43 hours of total battery life and 7 hours of playback with a quick 10-minute charge. It is priced at ₹4,299.

CMF Watch Pro 2: Design and Health Features

The CMF Watch Pro 2 features an interchangeable bezel design with a 1.32-inch AMOLED always-on display and over 100 customizable watch face options. It supports more than 120 sports modes and automatically recognizes 5 sports. The watch tracks heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and stress levels. It is IP68 rated and claims a battery life of up to 11 days. The Watch Pro 2 is priced at ₹4,999 for Dark Gray and Ash Gray shades, and ₹5,499 for the Blue and Orange options in vegan leather.
