Before launching its 4G network throughout India, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) introduced a new logo that represents strength, trust, and its nationwide reach.

In order to improve connectivity and customer experience, BSNL launched seven new services, such as intranet TV, Wi-Fi roaming, and a spam-blocking solution.

BSNL Rolls Out New Logo

FTTH customers may access more than 500 premium TV channels through the company’s intranet live TV service, and BSNL users can connect to any FTTH Wi-Fi network while on the road thanks to the Wi-Fi roaming capability.

“Any Time SIM” (ATS) kiosks were introduced by BSNL, enabling consumers to automatically purchase new SIM cards, finish KYC, and activate them.

The telecom declared the launch of India’s first land, air, and sea-based satellite-to-device connectivity for SMS services.

Additionally, BSNL launched a disaster management service that provides a one-time network solution in case of an emergency.

As part of BSNL’s service expansion, a secure 5G network for the mining industry was unveiled.

In order to finish its 4G expansion nationwide by 2025, BSNL is moving quickly. Six to eight months after the completion of the 4G rollout, the business also intends to launch its 5G network.

Affordable recharge options have helped BSNL gain more customers, particularly in the wake of tariff increases by Vi, Jio, and Airtel.
