PMV Electric’s Ease-E: Specifications and Features

The higher variants of the Eas-E have larger battery packs and offer ranges of 160 and 200 kilometers on a single charge, whereas, the base variant comes with an ARAI-certified range of 120 kilometers.

The PMV Eas-electric E’s motor produces 50 Nm of peak torque and 13 Bhp of peak power, both of which are available from idle. The Eas-E can be charged from any 15 amp outlet and has a top speed rating of 70 Kph. Additionally, all three variations have a 3–4 hour charge time estimate.

The PMV Eas-E has a car-like monocoque body rather than a tube chassis, as is typical of quadricycles, and can accommodate two adults, one behind the other. Additionally, a steering-mounted airbag is provided for the driver.

Other elements of the Eas-E are comparable to those found in contemporary automobiles. Key features of the Eas-E include air conditioning, a digital instrument panel, a touchscreen infotainment system, remote park assist, a remote horn, follow-me-home lights, regenerative braking, cruise control, and electric wing mirrors.

Eas-E To Come With OTA Updates

The EV has the ability to receive OTA (over the air) updates and a highly special function called Feet Free mode that allows it to be driven in traffic using only the thumb controls positioned on the steering wheel. In India, no car has this feature.

The Eas-remote E’s park mode, which allows the EV to be parked using a smartphone app called Eas-E connect, is another intriguing feature. This is comparable to the 7-Series offerings from BMW. Overall, the Eas-E appears to be a very interesting vehicle for city commuting. The car’s performance in the real world will have to be seen.

The base variant of the PMV Eas-E electric micro car has been priced at Rs. 4.79 lakh. Two more variants have also been introduced by the carmaker, priced at Rs. 6.79 lakh and Rs. 7.79 lakh respectively.
