This Engineering Graduate Gets Rs 3 Crore Salary In Germany! Sets New Record In His University
There’s a lot of buzz around a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) graduate from LPU, who has bagged a stellar placement package worth Rs 3 crore per annum, creating a new all-time high package.
The student named Mohammad Yasir has bagged this grand placement package for a job role in a renowned multinational German company, which is reported to have contributed significantly during the deadly Covid-19 pandemic.
LPU has been in the headlines for quite some time for producing graduate students who go out to garner terrific salary packages for a fresher.

LPU Student Bags Rs 3 Crore LPA Package
Mohammad Yasir from LPU nailed a grand package of Rs 3 crore p.a., hitting a new record.
The Kerala boy had a CGPA of 8.6 during his B.Tech from the Computer Science branch and is known to be a bright student.
“While I was at LPU I got exposed to new age technology like AI, ML and also made friends from all across the world. This exposure and mentorship of the faculty has helped me to be prepared for a grand role and I am delighted that I made not my parents but the whole university and India proud by getting such a huge opportunity to work in Germany,” said Yasir.
In fact, Yasir is not the only student in LPU to have bagged a stellar package.
Several other B.Tech graduates of the university have hit a package of Rs 1 crore LPA and above from many global Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, Microsoft, Google, Mercedes and more.
Another student from the university received a package of Rs 64 lakh per annum from Google and joined the US tech giant’s office campus in Bengaluru in 2022.
Another such graduate student bagged a package of Rs 63 LPA from the university’s campus placement, which is among the highest packages received by engineering freshers in the country.
The average salary package garnered by the university’s students in the 2021-22 batch stands at Rs 10 lakh p.a. Over 431 graduates of the batch have bagged Rs 10 lakh and above p.a. packages as freshers, stated an India Today report.
