Bajaj has launched new All-Black variants of the Pulsar 250 twins (N250 and F250).

Pricing

They are both priced at Rs 1.50 lakh.

Compared to the standard N250 and F250, this is a hike of Rs 6,000 and Rs 5,000 more, respectively.

The premium versions of the bike get not only a new colour scheme but also dual-channel ABS for the first time (standard Pulsar 250s get single-channel ABS).

What’s new?

First off, the Pulsar 250 twins get an all-black treatment by finishing them in the Brooklyn Black paint shade.

Both models feature a combination of gloss and matte paint on the panels and subtle red and silver accents.

The engine casing, exhaust, alloy wheels, belly cowl and Pulsar badging on the tank have not been spared either.

The new variants also bring in dual channel ABS to the Pulsar 250 line-up for the first time.

Important features

Features include a bi-functional LED projector headlamp and an infinity display.

The headlamp provides sufficient illumination while the infinity display gives a clear and striking visual.

Coming to suspension, the Bajaj Pulsar 250 gets mono-shock suspension with Nitrox at the rear while the front gets a telescopic suspension (37mm).

Safety

The bike gets bigger disc brakes and an advanced dual-channel ABS technology.

The front brake is 300mm while the rear brake is 230mm.

Also to note that the regular edition of the Pulsar N250 and Pulsar F250 get single-channel ABS.

Engine

They retain the 249cc, 5-speed transmission, 4-stroke fuel-injected engine.

It produces 24.5 PS of maximum power at 8750 rpm.

Peak torque is 21.5 Nm at 6500 rpm.

The engine is oil-cooled, fuel-injected, and has 2 valves.

It comes paired to a five-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch.
