Mi Pad 5 India launch will happen alongside on the same day, April 27. It has been leaked that Mi Pad 5 Pro will come to India, but the company is yet to officially confirm the development. This is the first tablet from Xiaomi to debut in India. Coming to Mi Pad 5 specifications, it features a 11-inch WQXGA display in a 16:10 aspect ratio offering 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10, TrueTone True certified.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor with Adreno 640 GPU running on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 custom skin out of the box. It is backed by an 8,720mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support.
Xiaomi Pad 5 price in China starts at RMB 1,999 (around Rs 24,000) for the 6GB model with 128GB Wi-Fi version. The top end model with 6GB RAM and 256GB storage with Wi-Fi is priced at RMB 2,299 (around Rs 27,600).
Xiaomi Pad 5 price in India will be around the China prices, but are expected to be more affordable.
Finally, the Xiaomi 12 Pro come in two variants: 8GB RAM with 256 GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256 GB storage. It is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 powered handset with a 6.73-inch AMOLED Quad HD+ 120Hz display, a 32-megapixel front camera, 50-megapixel triple rear cameras and a 4,600mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
