Upcoming Google Pixel series, Google Pixel 7 series will have FCC certification, as per the latest information.

There are 4 models as per the certification : GX7AS, GB17L, GB62Z, and G1AZG. GX7AS, according to the reports, is the upcoming Pixel 6a.

Remaining 3 models belong to the high-end Google Pixel 7 series. The latest series will be available in the second half of the year. As per the FCC certification, all four models support 5G networks, dual-band Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, and NFC.

Pixel 7 Design

According to the renderings from OnLeaks, the design of the Pixel 7 series is basically the same as that of the Pixel 6 series. It is but the integrated design of the camera metal cover and the middle frame of the Pixel 7 series which are different highlights. With a series of detailed improvements on the Android 12 operating system, a developer preview version has been launched by the system.

Similar in design to the Pixel 6 series, the Google Pixel 7 flagship series will retain the current mainstream centre punch-hole display design and will also have a long strip camera module on the back. When it comes to the design, it is same as Pixel 6 series.

The Pro version comes with three horizontal lenses while the regular version has two horizontal lenses, with only one opening.

Google Pixel 7 specifications

With an OLED screen that supports a high refresh rate of 120Hz, the Google Pixel 7 will use a 6.3-inch screen display while the Pixel 7 Pro will use a 6.7-inch screen. The biggest highlight is the fact that the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro are pre-installed with the Android 13 operating system from the factory. They will therefore be the world’s first Android 13 flagship to get FCC certification.

With undoubtedly better and faster as compared to its predecessor, the Pixel 7 series will come with the second-generation Tensor chip. Coming with a RAM of up to 12GB, 128GB and 256GB storage memory are most likely memory choices.

Not just the processor, a new software will be used by Pixel 7 Pro. Work is now underway on Android 13. This new operating system will debut in the Pixel 7 series.  No information is available yet about the battery capacity and charging options. The current Pro model comes with a 5,000 mAh battery that provides a long battery life. Charging is quite slow, the device offers support for 23W fast charging.
