TCS Off-Campus Hiring For 2019, 2020, 2021 Graduates Has Already Ended On This Date: Who Were Eligible? Steps To Apply?

The IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) had invited applications from engineering graduates from the year of passing 2019, 2020 and 2021 for off-campus hiring.

Interested candidates were asked to submit their applications for the off-campus hiring programme online on the company’s official website. The last date to apply for the TCS Off Campus Hiring 2022 was April 15.

“To harness the abundance of talent and ensure no great potential misses out on the opportunity to build a greater future with us, we present to you TCS Off Campus Hiring for engineering graduates from the year of passing (YOP) 2019, 2020 and 2021,” TCS had stated on its official website.

TCS Off Campus Hiring Eligibility 

Candidates who have achieved their engineering degrees in the year 2019, 2020 or 2021 were eligible to apply for the jobs, with the prerequisite being that they have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) marks of 60% or 6 CGPA in each of Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination.

Candidates who have done B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc from any specialisation offered by a recognised university or college are eligible. But, there should be no gap year in education and candidates should have completed their full-time education within the stipulated course duration. 

In case the applicant has a gap or break in their education, they were required to declare it in their application. The overall academic gap should not be greater than 24 months until the highest qualification. The relevant document proof, as applicable, is going to be reviewed for gaps in education.

When it comes to the age limit, candidates should be in the age range of 18 to 28 years to apply for the TCS Off Campus Hiring 2022. It should be noted that applicants with pending backlogs are not eligible to apply for the job. 

Steps to Apply For TCS Off-Campus Hiring

Although TCS has not announced the next date for their off-campus hiring, they are expected to announce soon.

Here are the steps you can follow to apply, when the dates are announced:

Step 1. Candidates need to first go to the TCS Next Step Portal at https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/. 

Step 2. On the homepage, candidates are required to create their accounts in order to apply for the TCS Off Campus hiring process. Registered users can use their credentials to log in to the portal. 

Step 3: New users will now have to click on the ‘Apply For Drive’ option.

Step 4: Then, click on the ‘Register Now’ option. 

Step 5: Choose the ‘IT’ category.

Step 6:  Enter the details and submit your application form and click on “Apply For Drive”. 

Step 7: You can track your application by clicking on the “Track Your Application” option. The status should reflect as “Applied for Drive” if you have submitted the application successfully.
