50% Indian Employees Can Change Jobs In Next 90 Days: Key Triggers That Employers Should Know!

A recent survey on what the professionals of India want and look for in a company today, is doing rounds across the internet and shows that over 50% of professionals in the country look out for switching jobs over the next three month.

This survey also reveals that more professionals now wish to have additional benefits provided to them by the company, like medical insurance for self and family, while applying for a job or contemplating job switch.

With the population of a higher-pay workforce rising at the time, companies must take surveys like this seriously, in order to retain their employees, given the high attrition rate in India Inc at the moment, especially the IT sector.
