As part of the partnership, Indane LPG Distributor will become the retail business partner for Dabur, according to their statement.

Further, Indane would help in selling all Dabur products directly to the families of their LPG customers.
Keeping this as goal, Indian Oil and Dabur are working on technical and system integration for linking the entire value chain.
With this move, Dabur will benefit from Indian Oil’s reach to a large number of Indian households, as per the statement.
This way, Dabur is all set to get the benefit of Indane’s Rich Distributor Network.
Coming to IndianOil, it has 12,750 Indane distributors and more than 90,000 delivery workers who cater to the cooking gas needs of 143 crore households.
On the other hand, Dabur India’s FMCG portfolio includes products like Dabur Chyawanprash, Dabur Honey, Dabur Honitus, Dabur Lal Tail, and Dabur Pudin Hara which belong to the healthcare category.
While products like Dabur Amla, Vatika, and Dabur Red Paste are categorized in personal care.
At the same time, Real is in the food and beverages category.
Pandemic Affecting Business Models
