Interestingly, the list includes SUVs, EVs, an MPV and hatchbacks and what not. 

For consumers, a big platter to go with, so let’s have a quick go through with the new options which will be available in February 2022.

1. Maruti Baleno 2022 And WagonR Updates

To start with,  One of Maruti’s bestsellers, Baleno, will get an upgrade as it will be getting a major update in its 2022 avatar. 

With the improvement in exterior style, the premium hatch gets several new features on the inside. More details here.

Besides this, the updated Maruti WagonR is also getting ready to launch an updated WagonR in India this month.

Compared to Baleno, which is going to get a thorough update, WagonR is going to get a mild update.

Most probable, the hatchback will be seen with a revised front look. 

It is noteworthy here that engine options will remain the same and so is the features list on the inside. 

2. Mini Cooper SE Launch

Joining the league, the Mini Cooper SE which was launched in international markets in 2019, will now be imported in India as CBU. 

It has a great significance since it is going to be the first all-electric car in the company’s portfolio. 

That being said, the exterior styling and interiors will mostly remain identical to that of standard ICE-powered Cooper hatch. 

The car comes with a unique identity including an E badge on front grille along with futuristic alloy wheel design and updated bumper. 

Mini Cooper SE is offered with a 32.6kWh battery with a range of 235-279 km (WLTP-certified) to obtain a top speed of 150 kmph. 

In terms of performance, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 7.3 seconds.

3. MG ZS EV Facelift Launch

Next is the MG ZS EV facelift which was unveiled globally last year in October. 

It has got cosmetic enhancements, with a larger 51kWh battery pack to offer a range around 480 km. 

From Kia, it will be launching new SUVs, MPV February 2022 Kia Carens as its fourth product here in the form of Carens MPV. 

The new launch is based on Seltos platform and is expected to fill the gap between Maruti Ertiga and Innova Crysta. More details here.

4. Jeep Compass Trailhawk Launch

Jeep Compass Trailhawk has also introduced a number of changes to make the SUV a better off-roader.

5. Second-gen Lexus NX350h Launch

Apart from this, the Second-gen Lexus NX350h packs in a range of styling updates .

It includes new headlamps, more prominent spindle grille, reprofiled bumpers and new tail lamps seamlessly connected with a light bar with interior updates.
