Tata Technologies is a global engineering and product development company and it also produces digital services. Tata technologies has stated on Monday that they will hire over 3,000 innovators over the upcoming 12 months for their expanded talent acquisition programme.Â
3000 Innovators Will Be Hired
The firm is planning to boost their workforce in all big markets globally as well as in India. This includes states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, among various others. This decision has come at a time where the company is seeing massive growth due to their move to autonomous, connected, electrification and shared (ACES) mobility and accelerated investment in digital as manufacturing companies adapt to meet new and evolving customer needs.
From the beginning of the global pandemic, more investment in technology has accelerated changes in the field. The products have changed in a very fundamental way and business-models have been re-designed. Manufacturing companies have completely changed. Now, digital life is more real than real life.
