Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will hire recent pass-outs for its Business Process Services (BPS) division.
Candidates must be graduates in arts, commerce and science courses.

About The Role
Selected candidates will initially be hired as trainees.
Top performers will be given jobs in processes related to Cognitive Business Operations (CBO), Banking and Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), and Life Sciences.
As a trainee, average annual salary is expected to be in the range of ? 1 Lakhs to ? 2.5 Lakhs.
Eligibility
Graduates who have completed their B.Com. BA, BBA, BCS, BCA, or other relevant graduate courses are eligible.
Only those who complete their graduation in 2022 can apply.
Those with a backlog are not eligible.
Those having a gap year of more than two years are also not eligible.
You Should Know
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational night shifts depending on project requirements.
Your joining location will be discussed during the interview process and location preference will be considered but not guaranteed.
You cannot choose which domain or function to join.
It will be allotted depending on your skills and the present requirements.
You can share your preferences which the company may consider.
You will gain experience across domains with a 2-year job rotation.

You’ll then have to share digital copies of all the original required documents.

The written test will take place on January 26.
Hiring Process
After submitting their application, the candidate will have to take a selection test.
The test will assess their numerical ability, verbal ability, and reasoning ability.
The duration of the written exam will be 65 minutes (20+20+25 in above order).
Those who clear the test will be called for personal interviews in a TCS facility.
The date of the interview will be announced after the test results.
