As the reports of fresh Covid-19 cases reduce amid the increasing vaccination drive, travel routes, both domestically and internationally are opening up.
In the latest development regarding international travel, starting November 29, Singapore will allow passengers from five more countries to enter its boundaries without any quarantine norms in the country.
Additionally, Turkey has released its guidelines for passengers traveling to the country from India and Nepal, in regards to PCR test and quarantine.

Singapore Allows Indians
Singapore has announced that it will allow travellers from India and Indonesia, along with three other countries, taking the total count to five countries, to enter its boundaries without the passengers from these countries having to quarantine on arrival into Singapore.
Additionally, starting next month, the country will allow passengers from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to enter its boundaries, stated a minister.
Turkey Allows Indians But Only if This Criteria is Fulfilled
Besides Singapore, Turkey is another country which has opened its boundaries for passengers from India and Nepal, provided they are fully vaccinated, i.e., have administered at least two doses of vaccines approved for emergency use by WHO or Turkey, and have passed at least 14 days since the second dose.
Only these passengers will be exempted from quarantining on arrival in Turkey, coming from India and Nepal, stated the country on Monday.
Along with having been vaccinated, these pax are also to submit a negative PCR test no earlier than 72 hours before arriving into the country.
If the passenger is unable to submit a negative PCR test on arrival in Turkey, they will have to be quarantined in their residence/address of stay for 14 days and will have to take a PCR test on the 10th day of stay.
Only if the PCR test is negative, will the passenger be allowed to terminate their quarantine , else their stay would be extended for another 14 days.
Pax between ages 12-18 years will have to submit their PCR test conducted 72 hours before arrival in Turkey, and on arrival in the country, another PCR test will be conducted. Only if the second test comes out negative, will the passenger be exempted from quarantining norms.
No such vaccination or PCR test requirement will be expected from children under the age of 12 years, and crew members will be exempted from PCR requirements.
