Hyundai Creta’s facelift has now been unveiled; however, it is for Indonesia. The carmaker had officially teased the car a few weeks ago and the refreshed SUV had also been leaked earlier this week.

Let’s see what the new Hyundai Creta has in store!

Updated Hyundai Creta Details Out

The car will come with a reworked front end which will resemble the new Tucson. There will also be a parametric grille that will be spread across the width of the car. This grille will also come with LED Daytime Running Lamps (DRL), which will have a design that will make it seem like a part of the grille when turned off.

The back side of the Creta has also been changed, it will come with new and sharper looking tail-lights and a re-profiled boot lid that will resemble the Russian Creta.

The Hyundai Creta will also come with new features, such as a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster (like the one seen in the Alcazar), a premium 8-speaker Bose sound system, an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support (smaller than the 10.25-inch unit offered on the Indian model), a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, cooled glove box, ambient lighting, and an air purifier.

There also are new safety features on the car, which include the Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), which offers lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic collision avoidance assist, and autonomous emergency braking with forward collision avoidance on the top trim.

The car will also come with the updated BlueLink connected car tech, which offers new safety features like stolen vehicle tracking, stolen vehicle immobilization, and a valet parking mode, all of which will be accessible via your phone.

The engine on the car is a sole 115hp, 144Nm, 1.5-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine, which will be paired with a 6-speed manual or CVT automatic gearbox.

The second generation Hyundai Creta was introduced in India last year, and the updated Creta will be launched in the second half of the next year.
