HCL Technologies’ Training Program For College Graduates
The Indian multinational information technology services has launched a ‘First Careers’ Program which is an assured job training program that will help new college graduates for a global career in the technology and IT Services.
HCL stated, “ The advantage of HCL First Careers program lies in its ability to identify your first job at HCL, train you to be successful in it within 6 months and place you in it at the end of training.”
As per reports, the program trains the applicants with the practical skills that they will need, which include both technical and personality development skills.
The duration of the program will be 6 months, wherein you will be taught 3 months virtual Classroom Training (can be accessed from the comfort of your home), 3 months Professional Practice Term at HCL Technologies. However, you will need to pay Rs 1,50,000 + applicable taxes in order to enjoy this training.
The training will be conducted by HCL Training and Staffing Services, a subsidiary division of HCL. Additionally, the trainees will be deployed at HCL after the successful completion of the training program across all criteria with a starting salary of Rs. 2.75 Lakh per annum.
Eligibility Criteria
You can apply if you are a BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (IT/ Computer Science) degree holder with 0 to 2 years of professional experience from all regions of India.
You can also apply if you are a B.Sc (IT/ Computer Science), B.Voc (CS/IT/Software Development) and BCA graduate with 0-2 years of experience from Lucknow, Nagpur, Vijayawada and Madurai cities alone.
Some other conditions include a score of 65% and above Marks in Class XII and Graduation or Post Graduation, year of Graduation should be 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. All the selected candidates will be trained for IT Engineer roles.
