Festive season is here, and domestic airlines are expecting a bumper demand from travellers all across India.

To keep up with the momentum, Spicejet has announced that they are adding 28 new flights on some of the most important routes.

SpiceJet Adds 28 New Flights For Festive Rush

As per the statements issued, and the reports coming in, Spicejet has identified Rajasthan as a major tourist circuit, and have decided to add 28 flights catering to the demand for this sector.

Shilpa Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer, SpiceJet said, “With the onset of the festive season and leisure travel demand picking up significantly, we have ensured seamless connectivity for our passengers from across the country to Rajasthan, one of the most preferred tourist destinations in the country during winters,” 

As per the new flights schedules, all the major tourist spots, in and around Rajasthan’s most popular tourist destinations will be now connected with the major metros.

Under the new arrangement of Spicejet, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur in Rajasthan will now be connected with metros with non-stop flights.

While Udaipur will now have non-stop flights from/to Kolkata, Bengaluru and Mumbai; Jaisalmer now has non-stop connection with Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Jaipur; Jodhpur with Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru; and Bagdogra with Jaipur.

Besides, two new flights in the Pune-Bengaluru will be launched as well.

Spicejet will deploy their Boeing 737 and Q400 aircrafts on these new routes.
