Amazon.com Inc. will allow teams to continue working remotely. As of now, it has no plans to bring all corporate staff to the office in early January 2022, according to a report on the GeekWire website.
“We expect that there will be teams that continue working mostly remotely, others that will work some combination of remotely and in the office, and still others that will decide customers are best served to have the teamwork mostly in the office,”

It is clear as of now that Amazon plans not to bring all corporate staff to the office in early January 2022, but the confusion remains high.
“Who decides which days, does the team need to be in the same days, are there certain functions or teams that can work more effectively at home vs the office (and vice versa),”
the CEO said in the message of Amazon staff.
The firm has decided not to specify the number of days for corporate personnel to work remotely and in the office.
The decision will be taken “by team at the Director level.”
Employees should receive notice of the plans and guidelines from their respective supervisors by January 3, 2021.
Work From Office For TCS And Wipro Employees
TCS has announced that it is moving from work from home to work from the office! By the end of this year or the beginning of next year, the corporation plans to call 90% of its employees back to work.
In earlier September, Wipro Chairman Rishad Premji announced calling employees back to the office.
