38% More Employees Quit TCS In Last 90 Days; Will Hire 35,000 More Employees

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced on Friday that it added 19,690 net employees in the September quarter.

According to an exchange filing, the company’s attrition rate is one of the lowest in the business, at 11.9 percent.

TCS continues to have the lowest attrition in the industry when compared to competitor firms. As of September 30, the total number of employees was 528,748 worldwide.

“We believe the current levels of attrition will continue for the next two to three quarters,”

The company management said in a press conference.

Biggest Recruitment Drive For Women Professionals 

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched the biggest recruitment drive for talented experienced women professionals as Rebegin. TCS is focusing on providing opportunities for women in India.

The organisation is attempting to create an impact in the industry by launching a special hiring initiative with new perspectives and skillsets. TCS is expected to hire between 38 and 45 per cent, women, through campus placements, as it has for the past three years.

Big IT companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro, HCL Technologies, and Infosys are planning to hire around 60,000 women candidates this year through campus placements. 

These organisations have already demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing gender diversity in the workplace, and their initiatives have already yielded considerable results.

TCS Work From Home

TCS has announced that it is moving from work from home to work from the office!

By the end of this year or the beginning of next year, the corporation plans to call 90% of its employees back to work.

Also, TCS plans to put through the hybrid model 25×25 wherein by 2025, only 25% of its associates will need to work out of facilities at any point in time. According to the model, employees won’t be spending more than 25 per cent of their time at work.
