TCS iON’s 15-Day Digital Certification Program
The TCS iON Career Edge – Young Professional programme is a 15-day career preparedness course, which is free to access or accessible to all. It is designed to equip today’s youth with core employability skills to prepare them for the competitive market awaiting them.
The course covers compulsory verticals required for all freshers as well as young professionals to be well-versed with.
To shed more light, the course covers key behavioural & communication skills and foundational skills in Accounting, IT and Artificial Intelligence and is delivered over 14 modules.
The duration of each module spans over 1-2 hours, comprising videos, presentations, reading material, recorded webinars by TCS experts and end-of-module self-assessments that make it relevant and aligned to industry.
Once the candidate is done with all the modules of the course, they are posed with an end-of-course assessment, which evaluates their understanding of concepts.
If the learner clears this assessment and meets the objectives of the program, they are awarded with a personalised certificate, as an indication of successful completion of the course.
Furthermore, the learners are also given access to a moderated digital discussion room that allows them to post queries and share their suggestions. Additionally, in case of queries raised by learners, the moderators respond to them within a short interval.
