Gold worth Rs. 10 Lakh gone missing

Recently officials at the Vilas Bank (DBS Bank) in RK Nagar of Hyderabad were shocked. As per the initial investigations, Police are suspecting the possibility of known persons being involved in the theft.

As per the Malkajgiri police and the complainant, Sai Gautam, who is an assistant manager at Lakshmi Vilas Bank, is also in charge of the locker room. On the 9th of this month, he drew some cash and put it in his locker, and took it the next day. On 11th, he lost the locker keys and searched for them, but failed to find them. After this, the locker company was contacted on the 17th of this month to open it and when the locker was opened, the gold in it was found missing.
