Mahindra XUV700: Interior

Mahindra has revealed several features that would be included in its upcoming mid-size SUV in recent weeks. 

A panoramic sunroof, flush-mounted door handles, an AdrenoX suite with Alexa-based voice commands for the infotainment system, and dual digital displays for the instruments and touchscreen are among the features.The two screens, infotainment setup as well as multi-information display sit flush under a single glass panel.

Soft-touch material will be used on the XUV700 dashboard, with stitching lines going across the panel. The front seats of the XUV700 are expected to be ventilated and covered in leather or faux leather fabric.

The engine lineup for the Mahindra XUV700

The XUV700 will be available with both petrol and diesel engines. A 200hp 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 185hp 2.2-litre diesel engine will be available to customers. Both models will be available with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission.

Mahindra XUV700: Sony audio system

Mahindra and Sony have teamed up to create an exclusive sound system for the XUV700, which will be released soon. The SUV will be equipped with a 445W 13-channel DSP, 12 custom-designed speakers (including a subwoofer), and a variety of audio settings.

The XUV700 would be the first car in India to use Sony’s premium 3D sound technology, according to Sony. Sony promises that its technology will provide a “highly realistic 3D immersive spatial sound field” with an audio sweet spot that encompassing all occupants.
