It seems as the wave of electric vehicles is hitting the country in full force as there are already many vehicle manufacturers started investing heavily in the electric vehicle segment.

And why not, since this move is expected to bring pollution-free transportation to the country.

Affordability Is The Key

However, there are a lot of questions that remain unanswered about their affordability.

To be frank, the idea of the electric scooter costing around Rs 1 lakh in India, seems to be a bit uncomfortable for our buyers.

But now, no worries there as now Starya Mobility has developed an electric kit that can transform your existing scooter into an electric scooter, keeping the affordability factor in mind.

How Much It Will Cost?

The idea sounds too good to be true. But, all these changes will be available at a cost which is half of a new electric scooter.

Interestingly, this electric kit seems to be the right solution for lakhs of users who use scooters for daily commuting, as per the sources.

For the implementation of this, a conversion kit will be provided that includes a battery along with some other equipment and costs around Rs 39,000.

It will also include a motor that is 6.0 KW and is connected to a 250A controller.

Further, Starya Mobility has already patented the motor, and it can offer a range of around 75-80 km.

The implementation offers a speed of 75 kmph and acceleration of 0-40 kmph that can be achieved in just 3.7 seconds, as per the company’s claims.

With this move, Starya Mobility is expected to achieve significant success considering the rise in petrol prices.

But the last say is always with the consumers as only they can decide the practicality of the kit and will try to install it.
