TCS Ninja Hiring Starts Only For These Selected Students: Eligibility, How To Apply?

Indian IT industry is on the roll. Its engine is thudding like nothing else. Every company is trying to grab its hands on the fresh talent available in the country. And Tata Consultancy Services is not behind in any way. They are also gearing to onboard fresh talent into the industry. 

At the same time, it should be noted that TCS is known for hiring top talents based on competencies. And to validate the required competencies, the company has announced Ninja Hiring Process.

Eligibility, Last date to apply, Test structure

All freshers from B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA/ M.Sc background, with the year of passing as 2022 are eligible to apply for this test. The test will judge the cognitive abilities of the candidate. It will also test the core competencies of the candidate. Based on the test, an associated score will be generated. This score will be utilized for the selection of the candidate in the company.

Candidates can apply till 15th August 2021. 

The test will be conducted in two modes. Candidates can opt for at-home test mode or at-center test mode. Test in at-center mode will be conducted by TCS iON only.

Total Test Duration- 180 mins. (Cognitive Test for 120 mins and Programming Test for 60 mins)

Cognitive Test – 

Numerical Ability-40 mins

Verbal Ability-30 mins

Reasoning Ability-50 mins

Programming Test

Programming Logic-15 mins

Hands-on Coding-45 mins

Application Process

Open to the TCS Next Step portal. New users need to register themselves by clicking on ‘Register Now’. Then select the category of the domain, for which you want to apply. Available domains are IT (Information Technology) and BPS (Business Process Services). Then enter your details and submit.
