Eleven companies are ready to launch their IPOs in July to raise an amount of as much as Rs. 24000 crores. Five companies, including Dodla Dairy, Sona Comstar and KIMS, have already launched their IPOs in the month of June

Some of these companies include GR Infraprojects, Glenmark Life Sciences, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and Seven Islands Shipping. 

As per reports, more than Rs. 20,000 crores have been raised by Indian companies  in the second half of 2020 and nearly ?40,000 crore in the first half of 2021.  Also, there are 20 companies that are waiting for the approval of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) with papers already filed to launch their IPOs in the second half of 2021.

Lets have a look at the 11 companies that will be launching their IPOs this month:

GR Infraprojects

This is a three-day IPO that will be open for subscription on July 7. It also comes with an offer for sale of up to 11.5 million shares by promoters and shareholders. A price band of Rs.828 to 837 a share has been fixed by GR Infraprojects for its initial Rs. 963 crore initial share sale.

Glenmark Life Sciences

The parent company, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is launching an IPO with shares worth Rs. 1160 crore and an  offer for sale of up to 7.31 million shares

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank

Utkarsh Small Finance will be launching the IPO and raise Rs. 1,350 crore. The initial offering includes a fresh issue of  ?750 crore and an offer for sale of up to ?600 crore by promoter Utkarsh Coreinvest Ltd 

Shriram Properties

Shriram Properties will be raising Rs. 800 crores through its IPO with an initial offering of Rs. 250 crores. There also is an offer for sale of up to Rs. 550 crore by current shareholders and promoters.

Seven Islands Shipping

This company has received SEBI’s approval to raise Rs. 600 crores through an initial share sale. The company’s IPO includes a fresh issue amounting to  ?400 crore and an offer for sale up to  ?200 crore by FIH Mauritius Investments.

Nuvoco Vistas Corp:

Nuvoco Vistas will be raising Rs. 5000 crores through the initial public offer. It will include a  fresh issue of ?1,500 crore and an offer for sale of  ?3,500 crore by the promoter entity Niyogi Enterprise Pvt Ltd.

Aadhaar Housing Finance

The company plans to sell shares worth Rs. 1500 crores through the IPO. additionally, Blackstone will sell its existing shares worth  ?5,800 crore.

Vijaya Diagnostics

This company plans to raise Rs. 2000 crores from its IPO. Reportedly, investors and promoters will collectively dilute a 35 per cent stake

Ami Organics

Ami Organics will be launching its IPO worth Rs. 650 crore. This is the second attempt of the company to launch an initial share sale.

Clean Science Technology

The company will be launching this IPO for more than Rs. 1,546 crore and has fixed a price band of Rs. 880-900. The IPO will be conducted between July 7 and July 9, 2021.

Arohan Financial Services

The company will be launching its IPO to raise Rs. 1800 crores. This includes fresh issue worth  ?850 crore and an OFS.
