Maruti Suzuki now has a line up of seven cars that are all set to take on the Indian automobile market. 

Here are the top seven upcoming SUVs, sedans, and more from the largest car manufacturer of India:

Maruti Vitara Brezza

The new generation Maruti Vitara Brezza in the recent future. The  Brezza will also reportedly be relaunched with a diesel engine. Additionally, it is expected that the variant of the car with a hybrid engine will be launched also. This will definitely award the carmaker the opportunity of being an early mover in this segment.

Maruti Vitara Brezza CNG

Maruti Vitara Brezza has been a greatly successful model for MSIL. As per Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director at MSIL, there is a demand for a CNG variant of the  Vitara Brezza. Apparently, the company is now giving in to the demand and might start working on introducing the CNG variant of the same car.

New-gen Maruti Alto

Maruti Alto is one of the most popular and successful cars by MSIL and the next generation Alto is expected to be here soon. The car will reportedly be based on Maruti’s  Heartect platform. Additionally, the car will come with improved interiors, as well as modern exterior design. 

Maruti Toyota SUV

Maruti is reportedly working on a C-segment SUV with Toyota in order to compete with the Hyundai Creta and the Kia Seltos. Maruti and Toyota’s SUV will mostly be based on Toyota’s TNGA platform. Both Maruti and Toyota will be lending its unique styles to the car and share it as well.

Maruti Jimny 5-door

Maruti Jimny is expected to be launched in India by the end of this year. The car comes with Maruti’s 1.5-litre petrol engine similar to that of Vitara Brezza, Ciaz and a few other models. There are is a possibility that the Jimny will come with a diesel engine

New-gen Maruti Celerio

The next generation of the Maruti Celerio will be launched any time soon in the Indian automobile market. This car will also be based on the Heartect platform. The car will also come with MSIL’s  1.2-litre petrol engine and CNG variants.

Maruti Swift

Maruti Suzuki Swift will be launched in a hybrid variant in India soon enough. It was also showcased during the Auto Expo 2020. However, there is no confirmation about the launch of this car from MSIL yet.
