The Tata Tiago is priced between Rs 4.99 lakh and Rs 6.95 lakh (ex-showroom). It is powered by a 1.2-liter three-cylinder 8 aspirated petrol engine that puts out 86 PS of max power and 113 Nm of peak torque. It is also paired with  either a 5-speed manual, or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. This hatchback by Tata is best known for its build, safety, powertrain and features.

Mahindra XUV500

This mid-size SUV by Mahindra was launched in 2011 and emerged a winner among many contemporaries. A new version of the car is on its way to the Indian automobile market later this year.
