Some spy shots of the new and upcoming Hyundai Creta Facelift have now revealed exciting details about the car. 

The car is expected to be launched first in the foreign  markets and then make its way to the Indian automobile market.

Spy Shots Of  Hyundai Creta Reveal Exciting Details!

Reports have suggested that the new Creta Facelift can be expected to be introduced in India in the second half of 2022. 

The spy shots have suggested that the Creta Facelift will receive some of the design elements from the Hyundai Tucson model. 

The front of the car has a design borrowed from the Tucson that is available in foreign markets. There also are LED Daytime Running Strips that are incorporated from the cascading grille on the front. Now, it also comes with vertically arranged LED headlamps and a flattish bonnet. The redesigned bump also comes with a new air dam and a faux skid plate.

Engine Options, Features On Hyundai Creta Facelift

The underpinnings, platform, engines, transmissions, cabin design and the features will be the same as those on the current model of the Creta.

Additionally, there will be three engine options:

  1. 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 115 PS of max power and 144 Nm of peak torque. 
  2. 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine that produces 140 PS of max power and 242 Nm of peak torque.
  3. 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 115 PS of max power and 242 Nm of peak torque.

The 1.4 litre turbo petrol engine will be paired with  a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Whereas the naturally aspirated petrol engine and the diesel engine will come with a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard.

The 1.5-litre petrol engine comes with a CVT transmission, and the diesel engine comes with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

Hyundai’s Creta will also come packed with a lot of features, including some of the features from the upcoming Hyundai Alcazar. The car is expected to come with a heads-up display and a 360-degree parking camera.
